Gotta get used to this blogging thing

This last week or so has consisted of a cancelled photothon, my last days with the company that I've been with for over 2 years, a shoot for my most favorite family on earth, a sweet young couple shoot, 6 adorable little girls, and a count down of the days until I leave. (Scotty too, but that's just too sad to talk about, even though I'm super excited for him too!)

This whole prep phase has been intense (and quite frankly, extremely trying.) I'm excited for the moment I step off the last flight after 27 hours of travel and I've finally reached the moment that I've been building up to for so long. I feel like I've put a lot of blood and sweat into preparing for this trip ( every second worth it!) and I'm ready to see the pay off! God's really provided for me, maybe not in the way people expected, but He has blessed me tremendously with the gifts that He's given me and the people that He's placed in my life. (especially my family (both of them ;-)) who have been there to lean on and encourage me through these last 6 months! I love you guys!)

Only 20 days left until I board my flight. 6 days until I have to say goodbye to Scotty. What an amazing phase of our lives to step into. Can't wait to see how the Lord moves!

So that's it for now. I'm still editing pictures of the girls from today, so be excited for those! In one week, I'll be missing a boyfriend, but I get to spend 2 amazing days with my 2 mommies and my sister in the Most Magical Place on Earth. =] 

This is going to be a crazy emotional week! God is good all the time!
